I do find it a little odd, but at least you will always know what time it is!
-
Jennifer, I love it. I think it's a great idea. Tell your hubby I say you're a genius 🙂
-
I totally understand the husband not getting it…mine is the same way! I LOVE the clocks and was considering doing something similar. Now that I've seen your's, I might just have to get on that project! Thanks for the inspiration!
-
it looks great! I collect Peruvian churches & crosses (my favorites are the crosses our boys find me when they are up at the cabin made from pine tree branches). My boys have a wind up toy collection which they love too!
-
No real collections here, but I am a procrastinator too! I have lists, sketches, little odds & ends of things that I am constantly putting together for a "Wouldn't this look cool!". Of course I'm always waiting for more time, more $$$, etc. before they are completed! Bravo to you for completing it and thanks for making me feel a tad bit better about a weakness I have.
-
I love clocks too and my husband doesn't get it either … he always comments that we have way too many.
-
I LOVE it! I also love the wall color. Do you know what the name of it is?
-
Your wall of clocks is incredible!!! I absolutely love it! I wish I had more walls to do something similar =) I collect picture frames!
-
great….now I want a clock collection!! Love it!
-
I was just wondering the other day if it was alright to have two clocks in the same room. It looks great!! I really like that little cuckoo looking clock 😉
-
just love it!! i love the yellow one 🙂
-
love your clock collection – one of my great friends also has one of these in her home and it fills an entire wall (so cool). yours looks great!
-
I LOVE the clocks!! I love collections like this. I'm trying to find a *collection* to do myself. Only I too am indecisive and a procrastinator. And also a perfectionist. (I actually did a post awhile ago where I stated this same thing.) Not a great combo…so I totally know where you're coming from. Yeah for finally getting them up!
-
I'm sooooooooo glad you waited not another minute (pardon the pun)!
-
You've inspired me. I love clocks and have always wanted to do something like this, but couldn't picture it…now I know I want one! 🙂
-
I LOVE it! But in all fairness I've been plotting to do something really similar but I need more clocks and apparently a Hobby Lobby. Ultimately I plan to set the hands at the times of my children's births and the time at which we got married, just for fun. It looks really fantastic and I feel even more confident in my choice to do a clock wall. Well done!
-
That's awesome! I have wanted to do something like this for my mom with all her kids' different time-zones on each clock…..now I guess I'm really going to have to do it 🙂 🙂
Thanks for the inspiration! -
I have a clock collection too! Most of mine are not the kind that hang on the wall though. I have them everywhere and most of them do not keep time. Love, love, love them and everybody that comes to my home loves them too!
-
I think it is an awesome idea! Although, I might purposely put them at different times and label them all "daddy time," "mommy time" etc. : )
And, my husband doesn't understand my decor either. Probably a "guy thing."

What a great idea! Your clocks look wonderful!
I like to collect honey pots:)
-
This looks just lovely! I like to collect cricut cartridges ;)! Do you go to Hobby Lobby in Utah? We don't have one here in Vegas, yet?! But they are opening one in the end of August at Stephanie and Sunset! Whoot Whoot! Thanks for the fun idea!
-
SO CUTE! Love it!!!
-
This project is fab! I love it! I have always thought of doing this, but now I must. Thanks for sharing!
-
What a great and simple project! And i like how they mirror some of the plates that you have over the window with the yellow, black and white. Good job even if it wasn't intentional!
Will be sure to keep up with your great blog!

i love the clock collection. i started a camera collection recently. i currently have 3. they are metal ones that i picked up at hobbylobby and the crowded house in az. i have a little ceramic one and am on a mission to aquire my uncles 4×6 reporters camera. i have them in my scrapbook room to remind me its all about the photo and the story behind it.
happy collecting -
My mom has a clock collection (HUGE!), and I think we've all inherited her love of clocks. She has 5 grandfather clocks, a couple of cuckoo clocks, and so many wall and mantel clocks that it makes one's head spin. I have a big grandfather clock, a cuckoo clock, a big one on my bedroom wall, one above the mantel, one in the dining room, two in the office, and one in each child's bedroom!

Absolutely gorgeous. Love it. I think men don't get a LOT of things. 🙂
-
I love it! It looks great! My man doesn't get lots of things I do…… but I do them anyway!
Ahhh RodWorks! We moved from Utah to Va and I miss RodWorks!http://www.aboutone.com

It's not odd at all — it's a collection that is totally cool. You could even set them for different time zones, if you wished — so you would always know what time it is in Playa Del Carmen! Ok — between you and me — we just talked me into doing this too! Definite bookmark, and a new follower for you. Please stop by my place and if you are inspired, follow me in return. I'm also having a spray painter giveaway.

I love those big clocks. What a great collection. It's fun that you grouped them all together.

-
I really like it! And would like to know your wall color, too, please!!!!
-
Love it! My hubby wouldn't get it either, but if it were up to him we wouldn't hang anything on the walls because he is afraid of nail holes! What a silly thing to be afraid of 🙂 You are one of my new favorite blogs to follow! Love all of your ideas and the well explained and beautifully presented explanations! Keep em' coming!
-
I absolutely love it! And they all work..or at least set to the same time.
-
I LOVE this! I have a clock collection too & my hubby thinks I'm a bit nuts. He doesn't get it.

I have several clocks too. 3 of them I have stopped at very specific times…the time my kids were born. My oldest two know which clocks are there's and think it's pretty cool. My youngest has no idea yet, but I am sure he will feel the same. Our kids are 2,4, and 7.

Fantastic idea! I grew up with a mom who insisted upon clocks with roman numerals. Your clock wall is super and so is the craft paper placement step.
