Halloween is nearly upon us, and today I’m sharing some fun, semi-customized Halloween Ghost Family printables. My name is Kristen Duke, and I share my creativity over at Capturing Joy, and I’m happy to be back with my friends at Eighteen25 for another round of Spooktacular September. I know some people like the scary and gory side of Halloween, but I like cute-sy and colorful stuff, so I combined the two with this little project.
When I was first thinking of the printable for this post, a family of 3 ghosts was created on the chalkboard background. Then I thought…hold up…why not customize it a bit, so that people can choose which one they want, based on their family size. I say “semi-customized” because, well, I don’t have one for EVERY family out there, but the ghosts are gender neutral, so that tends to help. You can also just print out the trio of ghosts for something basic, not necessarily related to your family.
If you’d like to see how I made the colorful background, check out the post I shared on the Halloween Hexagon Decoration on my site today! The #BOO clips I found at my local Michaels craft store.
There are so many fun things you can do with this print. I used clips for it to sit on a shelf, you can mod podge it onto a wood block, frame it, or place it on an easel with your Halloween decor.
You can download the various sizes here:
Ghost Chalkboard Family of 3 (2 big, 1 little)
Ghost Chalkboard Family of 4 (2 big, 2 little)
Ghost Chalkboard Family of 5 (2 big, 3 little)
Ghost Chalkboard Family of 6 (2 big, 4 little)
Ghost Chalkboard Family of 7 (2 big, 5 little)
If you’d like a different size other than what is offered here, email me!
Happy Halloween prepping!
I’d love you to come on over to my little spot on the web!
I started my website as a photographer sharing photo tips on how to use your fancy camera, I also have some beginner photo books called, Say NO to Auto. And if you are planning family pictures coming up, I’ve got color suggestion posts on what to wear in family pictures. Besides the photo stuff, I like to decorate my home with pictures and use lots of color in our home tour, throw theme parties, and share our favorite family recipes. I also love to share our travel adventures such as our most recent trip to Ghana.
If you want more Halloween goodness, here are a few of my favorites!
