Wow! Those all look amazing! Last year I made mini apple pies to take to a 4th of July celebration. Several miles from home & too late to turn back, I realized I'd forgotten them! My husband was in heaven when we returned and he had to eat them all himself!!

I'm a long-time reader, but never comment, but I just had to today!!! Apple pie is my all time favorite. If you can cook, you can make an apple pie. The secret is to use a mix of red and green apples. I prefer my apples to thinly sliced and I use Green and Red Golden apples (3 of each). I usually make my own pie crust (that's the tricky part), but if I'm in a time crunch I will buy the Pilsbury pre-made crust. If you are interested in my recipe, let me know. I will be happy to share. Thanks for sharing all these yummy looking recipes.

What a great collection! Thanks for sharing, I recently made an Apple Pie Pizza as well, feel free to check it out if you please. I'm a firm believer that an apple a day keeps the doctor away, no matter if it's in an ice cream, cookie or pie! Have a beautiful week! Lizy@http://justdipitinchocolate.blogspot.com/

I love this round up. I'm not the biggest fan of cooked apples, but I'm looking up several recipes to see how I can adapt them to other fruits. Just pinned this post, too!
