Pom-Pom Pencils

Aug12014 posted by Jodie and Jen 2 Comments

We all know it’s that time of year again!
Crafting these days involves #2 pencils, rulers + apples.
But, this year we aren’t only sharing our projects with you but with all of @Michaels.
(More details on that below.)
We wanted to jazz up the basics so, today we have this simple little project.
Our girls squealed with delight when they saw it.
I mean, cute pencils are a MUST at school.

SUPPLIES: [All Supplies were found at Michaels]
• Pencil Boxes
• White Glitter Pencils
• White Thickers Alphabet Stickers
• Sugar ‘n Cream Yarn – Mod Green, Red, Hot Blue and Hot Pink
• Tacky Glue
• Pom-Pom Maker – Small

All you need to do is follow the directions on the Pom-Pom Maker.  This little tool is very easy to use so, you can recruit the pencil box owner to help!  We did learn, the more yarn you use…the bigger your pom-pom will be.
Make sure to leave some yarn at the end so you can tie the pom-pom to the pencil.
Then, snip away any extra!
And there you have it!
(I think I need some Pom-Pom Pencils for myself.)DIY Pom Pom Pencils | Fun Back to School Craft
