DIY Project Ideas: Halloween Party Drink

Hey friends! I am so excited to be here today sharing a fun Halloween Party Drink DIY project idea with you. My name is Amy and I can normally be found sharing creative ideas over at The Idea Room!

Several years ago, before I had lots of babies, I worked as a High School Science Teacher. I miss those days, and I miss using Science. I love Halloween and love showing my nerdier side!

So, what better way to mix Science and Halloween with this fun Halloween Party Drink…Uranium Punch. No…it’s not really Uranium. I think that’s a given…but your little Halloween ghouls and goblins (and science geeks) might enjoy drinking this “radioactive” drink this Halloween. Take a look at this DIY recipe for a fun filled and festive beverage!

It’s so easy to make and can totally be adjusted to your own taste preferences. This is how we like it at our house.

Halloween Punch DIY Recipe

*printable recipe
2 (12 fl. ounce) cans frozen limeade concentrate
2 (12 fl. ounce) cans frozen lemonade concentrate
2 (2 liter) bottles Sprite (or Ginger Ale for a less sweet taste)
2 quarts lime sherbet

Directions:

In a large pot, combine limeade, lemonade and lemon-lime soda. Mix in the lime sherbet.
Makes about 2 gallons of punch. Cut the recipe in half if you need a smaller amount.

And of course I always like to add a fun label to the bottle you are going to serve it in. Get a free printable and slap it on the bottle. It adds to the fun don’t you think?
