Easter countdown

Mar182010 posted by Jodie and Jen 19 Comments

Make an adorable Easter Countdown that your kids will absolutely love!
Here is what you’ll need: [affiliate links included in this post]
    • An empty egg carton
    • 12 plastic easter eggs
    • A little bit of Easter grass or crinkle paper
    • Some number stickers or rub-ons. Or even just a sharpie!

Easter Countdown | Fun Easter countdown for kids. Fill each egg with a little surprise or scripture!

Now follow these easy steps to make your own Easter Egg Countdown:
1. Add a number to each egg.

2. Stuff some grass down into each hole.
3. Stuff your eggs with candy or little papers with activities written on them.
4. Stick an egg in each hole.
5. Enjoy counting down the days leading up to Easter.

Some fun Easter activity ideas:
1. Dye Easter eggs.
2. Make egg shaped sugar cookies.
3. Read an Easter book.
4. Visit the Easter bunny.
5. Have an Easter egg hunt.
6. Watch an Easter movie.
7. Send an Easter card to someone you love.
8. Color an easter picture or two. Free coloring sheets can be found here.
9. Do an Easter craft like this Paper Plate Bunny.
10. Create an adorable Easter Peeps house like this.

Countdown to Easter | So easy to make and the kids love opening an egg each day as they count down to Easter.
