Cute idea — just make sure to check with your kids' schools before making these for the class Valentine exchange. Many schools have banned home baked goods. 🙁

Super cute!! Check on peanut allergies in the classroom, too. I am going to do regular chocolate chip and m&m's because I know two kids in my son's class have an allergy to peanuts.

Great idea for a home party but it is against the law to have homemade goodies brought into school. The packages have to be unopened and not tampered with. (Might be okay for a charter school.) Just something to think about.

I am an event planner and back in October I did an event for a travel agency. I bought Paradise Bakery Cookies and put them in CD sleeves with the companies logo on a sticker on the front. I then did a cute thank you sticket for the back. The event was with mostly women (about 50 of them). They absolutely LOVED them. I love this idea. So cute.

and andrea… the scallop punch is 3.5", the circle punch is 2.5" and the heart i cut out with the silhouette at about 1 3/4"

Great idea!!
Can you buy CD sleeves at Walmart type places or online only? Where did you get yours?
Jamie says
Hi The Edmistons… I got my cd sleeves at the office supply store (office max, i believe) but i would think walmart would have them too.
Susie says
Never thought to use CD sleeves for cookies. Going to use this. Thanks for the idea!

It is not against the law to bring in homemade treats to a school. In our state, it is up to each individual school district to make that decision.
