have a birthday coming up? we’ve shared this birthday version too!
Very cute idea! Erica
Cute idea — just make sure to check with your kids' schools before making these for the class Valentine exchange. Many schools have banned home baked goods. 🙁
Super cute!! Check on peanut allergies in the classroom, too. I am going to do regular chocolate chip and m&m's because I know two kids in my son's class have an allergy to peanuts.
cookies in CD sleeves. Ingenious!
Adorei a idéia !!!!

okay that is wicked cute! I think we might be doing that but adding a valentine to the front.
Great idea for a home party but it is against the law to have homemade goodies brought into school. The packages have to be unopened and not tampered with. (Might be okay for a charter school.) Just something to think about.
I absolutely LOVE the idea of using CD sleeves for the cookies!! Such cute packaging for relatively little money! Thanks for the idea!
So super cute- thanks for sharing all your cute ideas.
Happy Day
Really cute!! I would like to make these. Can you tell me what size punches you have used for the scallop, circle and heart? Andrea in Calif.
sweet^^
How many cookies will this make? Just wondering how many batches I will need to make for my sons class?
I am an event planner and back in October I did an event for a travel agency. I bought Paradise Bakery Cookies and put them in CD sleeves with the companies logo on a sticker on the front. I then did a cute thank you sticket for the back. The event was with mostly women (about 50 of them). They absolutely LOVED them. I love this idea. So cute.
Hi PattyZ… the recipe should make about 2 dozen cookies.
and andrea… the scallop punch is 3.5", the circle punch is 2.5" and the heart i cut out with the silhouette at about 1 3/4"
Great idea!!
Can you buy CD sleeves at Walmart type places or online only? Where did you get yours?
Hi The Edmistons… I got my cd sleeves at the office supply store (office max, i believe) but i would think walmart would have them too.
Never thought to use CD sleeves for cookies. Going to use this. Thanks for the idea!
It is not against the law to bring in homemade treats to a school. In our state, it is up to each individual school district to make that decision.
