We love a trip to Pier 1 .
They always have great stuff for the upcoming season.
We also always get lots of inspiration and decorating ideas from their displays.
With spring officially starting on March 20th, there were a few things we just couldn’t leave without!
Today the three of us left all the kids to babysit themselves…
I know, it does sound scary to hear it said out loud.
In our defense…we took Piper (the baby) with us.
We love a trip to Pier 1 .

These moss bunnies come on planter sticks, but we thought if we removed the stick they’d be really cute sitting at each place setting on the table also. For under $3 we brought home a bunch of these cuties.

We loved the look of this bowl! It screams spring to us, clean and refreshing.
Wouldn’t it be the perfect friend or neighbor gift filled with fresh fruit?
or even an entry way candy bowl?
For $20 bucks… you know we had to bring one home!

Outdoor furniture has arrived at Pier 1 and they pretty much have it perfected.
What I think is really cool is that most of their outdoor furniture works perfectly for the indoors too!
One of our favorite things to do is to watch movies in the backyard. I could picture myself wrapped up on one of these Papasan chairs or with my honey snuggled on the double Papasan.

What would I love to have from Pier 1? Oh, the list is endless. I would really like to the invest the $500 in decorating my outdoor room at my house…our backyard. I have piece meal stuff, nothing really matches and the dogs recently chewed up the cushions to my wicker sofa…ugh! So now I have to replace those – would love to add some wicker chairs, lights, and of course, new cushions!

I have been lusting after the Home Wall Hooks sign for my entryway, the white window wall frame has me thinking up ideas for my families command center, the Jolie 6 drawer chest caught my eye a while ago for my closet and about a gazillion of their decorative spheres for various places! Canadian here, so I'm not actually posting to enter, but I just wanted to say we used to have one of those wicker couches, and I never knew they had a name! I actually never knew anyone who had a couch one either, besides us. I loved that thing, after about 10-15yrs of owning it (and having it passed down to me from my mom), it finally went to the garage sale!

WOw. 500 smackeroos. For me, i would create a sitting space on my VERY empty (read: nothing out there) patio under my empty (read: only a grill) deck. My husband travels during the week, my four kids 5 and under play outside the moment the sun shines, and with a nice sitting space I could nurse 6 month old Zoe in a comfy wicker cuteness chair with the to-die-for Kaeden cushions. With so many choices, I don't know what exactly I'd buy at Pier 1. Haven't been there in a long time. I'd probably want to buy some new Spring/Summer decorations though!–and then purchase some early Christmas gifts.

This is great! I check in with eighteen25 each day and stop by a Peir 1 once a week! Although it's hard to narrow it down, I think their rugs are to-die-for. I would splurge on a great rug for our family room and then accesorize the living room to the hilt after that.

Wow, this is the perfect contest, b/c my backyard is stuck in the 90s with our poor pool chairs falling apart, and I live in South Florida so good pool chairs are a must! I love all the bright spring looks, especially the "Aqua Market Umbrella" and the colorful stacking chairs. I love the glass pillar stands for candles. And the Adjustable Chaise Lounge is just perfection! Fingers crossed.

I have been dreaming of the Ashworth White Queen Bed for the past year and a half! I absolutely love this bed! It is the stuff dreams (get it, dreams) are made of. Having been married 30+ years, our present bed, from our first year of marriage, has suffered through the trauma of several moves. I visited Pier 1 to scout out what I wanted to do with this $500 gift card. My husband and I live in a small, old house that we have slowly been renovating. Our current project is a big, comfy front porch. Well… while in Pier 1, I spotted an egg-shaped, self-standing swing and man did I want it! I love Pier 1! I spend hours just wondering through the store trying to take it all in! I have been wanting their waterhyhacinth baskets for my laundry room, and I love the chalk board jars, for the pantry! Really need some new cushions for my chairs and I love the Angelique cushions. I think the rack with baskets (2) would be a great thing to have in a guest bathroom, store towels, a robe, stuff like that for guest!

Oh the lovely things to buy at Pier 1. For starters, I would buy another Papasan chair. I bought one a few years ago when I was single and now my kids argue about who gets to sit in the oh-so-comfortable chair! I am REALLY struggling with making our deck a cozy outdoor space….I love the wicker furniture with cushions that pop with color. My MUST have would be the Swingasan Chair and stand. The garden stiik and Beverage tub with stand are equally as tempting but my one lil guy that has to make it home for my son is the frog pitcher because this brings us fond memories of grandma;) I can't wait to play outside!
