This project was originally shared over at the Polka Dot Chair blog. Melissa does a super fun series called Project Polka Dot and we were happy to be able to participate again this year. If you are interested in seeing the other Polka Dot Projects (and you should be, there are some really fun ideas) that have been shared… go check them out: HERE
Alright… lets get on with it shall we. We made some super simple Polka Dot Envelopes. These are quick, fun and slightly addicting to make. Once you start polka dotting you’re not going to want to stop.
SUPPLIES:
• Envelopes
• Round Sponge Brush
• Acrylic Paint – we used Whispering Turquoise, Pink Cadillac and Banana Cream
There’s really not much to the instructions. Dab your brush in some paint and polka dot away. Once one side has completely dried… flip the envelope over and polka dot the back.
Then the best part. Write someone a little letter or note and send it off to make someone’s day! We all know how fun it is to get something besides bills in the mailbox.
And just in case you aren’t already. We’d love for you to follow along with us on Facebook and Instagram… and if you enjoy Pinterest as much as we do you can find us here: Jamie || Jen || Jodie. Happy Monday everyone!!

Love, love, love it! Where did you find the round sponge brush?

Thank you. 🙂 I'm pretty sure we got the sponge brush from Michaels. I would think most craft stores would probably carry them.
