Hello readers of Eighteen25!
My name is Krista and I blog over at The Happy Housie. I’m really exciting to be taking part in Spooktacular September this year; and I’ve created a free non-candy Halloween treat printable to share with you today!
In addition to being a blogger I also teach elementary school, and I’ll tell you that Halloween is not exactly ranked number one amongst teacher’s favourite holidays.
The sugar overload on Halloween and the day after… well, I’m sure you can imagine! So I always like to give my students and my boys’ classmates a fun non-candy treat for Halloween.
And what kid doesn’t love bubbles? I picked up these cute little bubble jars at my local dollar store. They had two varieties available..
I went with the plain white ones (meant for weddings), since I thought they’d be the most neutral for a Halloween treat…
I simply created these free printable labels (download yours below!), cut them out with scissors and my small paper cutter, and then tied them around the neck of the bubbles with some orange and white bakers twine.
Easy peasy, cute, and fun to play with!
I know that my boys always enjoy getting a few non-candy treats in their Halloween bags or from their classmates or teacher; so I think these make a great little Halloween share for those special friends in your child’s life!
