You Are Egg-cellent

Mar202013 posted by Jamie 12 Comments

It’s always fun to pass out little treats for the holidays.
They don’t have to cost much, but it’s a plus when they taste yummy. 😉
Before our kids take off for Spring Break next week,
we wanted to put together something for them to deliver to their teachers.
SUPPLIES:
• pretzel bags – found at the craft store
• candy eggs (we used the snickers + twix eggs in one bag and cadbury eggs in the other)
• tags (download below)
• cardstock or patterned paper
• twine or ribbon
Print your tags out onto cardstock or patterned paper. Trim around the tag, leaving a little border, if you want. Fill your bags with eggs and tie on the tags with ribbon or twine. Have your child write their names on the line and deliver.
Download the Teacher tags HERE.
We also made some Friend tags too! You can download those HERE.

I like the cadbury eggs since they actually look like eggs but i love snickers and twix chocolate better ;p. I totally dropped the ball with this easter treats. I kept telling myself don't forget to go easter shopping so I can had treats out to my son's religion class Tuesday and his 1st grade class too. Well, I didn't take into account Spring Break next week. meh.

    CADBURY!!!
Geez, did I just blurt that out? I'm not sure I even had time to thing about this. What better way to say "you're eggcellent" to my 'Lil Miss's teacher than with my OWN favorite Easter treat?!
Thanks for the templates, I believe we'll be putting these together in the next 24 hours!
Are you guys going to share some of your own family's Easter traditions? I'm intrigued.

I loved this! I did my own tag though, because I couldn't get the link to work. I am featuring this post on my blog today 🙂 Thanks for the great idea.
