I think it’s tradition now that we start the fun off with the amazing Jen from Tatertots and Jello…
Hello eighteen25 readers!
-
I created the eye chart in my Silhouette Studio program.
-
I flipped the lettering so that it was backward.
-
I printed out the lettering on Heat Transfer Paper.
-
I ironed the lettering onto white canvas.
-
I cut out the chevron material – 1 inch longer in width and length than the pillow form.
And now I have a fun little pillow for this Spooky Season!!
All you need to do is click on the download button and you can print off a copy for your home.
And I included a little chevron just for fun!! You can choose between Orange or Grey.
Here’s the orange version:

(function() { var scribd = document.createElement(“script”); scribd.type = “text/javascript”; scribd.async = true; scribd.src = “http://www.scribd.com/javascripts/embed_code/inject.js”; var s = document.getElementsByTagName(“script”)[0]; s.parentNode.insertBefore(scribd, s); })();
And here’s the grey version:

(function() { var scribd = document.createElement(“script”); scribd.type = “text/javascript”; scribd.async = true; scribd.src = “http://www.scribd.com/javascripts/embed_code/inject.js”; var s = document.getElementsByTagName(“script”)[0]; s.parentNode.insertBefore(scribd, s); })();
Thanks for letting me stop by!

So cute! Would I print it as an 8 x 10? Thanks so much!
Oh my! I want to print this out and hang it at the pediatrician's office!
It's fantastic!!!
What I fantastic idea! I produced an eye chart for my family and didn't know what to do with it. Now I do! Thanks.
Aww…gals…I love the idea of always starting with Jen! After all, she is the queen! I love this dear Tatertot Jen. The pillow is adorable. And it would totally fit into my Black & White Halloween that I'm trying to plan this year. 🙂 You are the best! Happy Spooktacular Halloween!
Super cute!!
love it! So cute to use the Snellen Chart. I am going to print on off for us and then on for future use when my husband is an optometrist is 3 years!!!
Love, LOVE all your printables, thanks for sharing with us!!
Did I do something wrong? When I tried to download the Halloween eye chart print, I was told to download FoxTab-PDF Creator. I saved the print to my desktop, but I don't know how to print it with this program.
I love it, but then again I love the look of the eye charts. They're everywhere and I just adore what everybody does with them! Awesome!

Thanks for letting me stop by!! I am so excited for Halloween!!
Taylor P — Are you opening the printable with Adobe? That's the best program to use to open the file. If it still won't work, send me an email at jennifer@tatertotsandjello.com and I will email you the file 🙂

I LOVE this! Is there any way to save this as a jpeg? I like to send these to have them printed as I would a photo, and they won't accept a pdf file to do that. Thanks!
Hello! I was also wondering about saving it as a jpeg? I would love to print it as a photo as well? Thanks! SO CUTE!
Love this! And I love that you made it into a pillow. Great idea! I'm also super excited that you can now subscribe to eighteen25 via email!! Yea and yea!
Yeah! I figured out if you click the "Fullscreen" button, then right click and click "save as" it will save as a jpeg!
Thanks again for the cute printable!
Those are just fun, fun! I love the orange chevron, thanks!!
Love Halloween and this is just too cute! Thanks so much.
Ugh, I thought I had it figured out to save as a jpeg, but it only saved the background, the top T and the two lines at the bottom. Is there any way to save the entire thing as a jpeg? Thanks so much.
