What a wonderful idea! Our grandson is in Spain (his dad was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship) and he's going to miss Halloween with Mimi! This is such a cute idea! One question though… I haven't worked with royal icing in forever- how long do you have before it might dry out in the bottle? Or will it stay liquid if the cap is on?
Hi Diana! Your royal icing will be fine for a few days with the cap on. They will need to stir it up if they've let it sit for a while though.

Great idea with the tackle box. I've seen it set up with Candys before, but to use it for gingerbread house decorating kits is genius! Now if only your blog was scratch and sniff!!! Mmmm gingerbread.
