May32011 posted by Jamie 137 Comments

We know the time will come when your 16×20 frame will sit empty waiting for another holiday to come along.
It may be sitting empty at this very moment.
Scary thought, I know. But, I think we’ve fixed that problem.
Introducing the Filler Print…

We’ve given you a few to choose from…

The majority of the stuff you see on Eighteen25 has been printed through our local Costco photo lab. HERE we share a few tips you should remember when placing your order.
Remember, theses are 16×20 files, but print off great as 8×10’s too.

THANK YOU for the great gift idea for a wedding we're attending this weekend! I was stumped, but now know what to give (along with some $$$ to go towards their first home). I think our moms will be getting a set as well!
Is there a fall/halloween/thanksgiving print yet, or we just haven't gone that far yet? Will you be doing a general "summer" themed filler too? That would be great, as well as a "winter" themed filler. Thanks so much for the great printables, they are awesome!

Grammar police may tell you that to be grammatically correct your sign should read, "What I love most about my home is with whom I share it."
To quote Mrs. Barton, my high school English teacher, "A dangling participle is something up with which I will never put!" She meant it sometimes sounds ridiculously wrong when we say it right.
However, since the American population at large no longer speaks using correct grammar, we can ignore grammar police with impunity, unless we are students in an English class.
French people are not so lucky when they write and speak French in France. They have real government grammar police.

I know this is not a grammar site, so feel free to delete my comment. I just wanted to respond to anonymous.
Anonymous is wrong in diagnosing a dangling participle in the saying. Participles are verbs acting as adjectives and usually end in "ing" or "ed." There is no participle in the saying.
Anonymous is wrong in insisting that the saying not end in a preposition. People talk like that. It is fine to write like that. It is only wrong to end in a preposition if it is an unnecessary preposition. For example "at" and "to" are unnecessary in the sentences, "Where is it at?" and "Where are you going to?"
Anonymous was only right in changing "who" to "whom." "Whom" is an object pronoun and should be used here as the object of the preposition "with." "Who" is a subject pronoun.
No offense intended to you or anonymous. I doubt anonymous meant to be offensive to you either. Some people like to correct perceived mistakes made by others without remembering most people don't like to be corrected.
It is your plaque so let it be written how you talk in your house. You were nice to share your poster with others.
Happy creating and thanks for sharing.

I printed this a while ago and have it up in my frame. thank you. but while searching for ornaments today, I came across this laser-etched etsy listing.

I love, love your work! I am going to print out the "What I like most about my classroom is whom I share it with" for my son's teacher. I also planning on printing several other of your subway art pages, but wondered if this should also be whom instead of who in the "What I love about my home" print?? (Even when I think I have their usages down, I still don't feel like I completely use them correctly! LOL) If you had plans to change them, then I would wait to print these. If you do not plan to change them, then I will go ahead and print them, as I said before, because I love your work! 🙂 Thanks, Nicole Hall

Hello and thank you for this! It's just what I have been wanting. But once I went to Costco to download….its not giving me this option (4. Under STEP 3… select the FULL RESOLUTION UPLOAD. Then click on START UPLOAD.). What exactly is the full resolution?

    Thanks,
    Ashlee

Sorry Ashlee… they've made some changes on the site and I need to update my directions. They automatically upload everything as full resolution now, so you can just skip that step. 🙂

WalMart won't give me my prints because they said I need a release from the person who designed the image saying I have permission to print it. Is there a way to get one?

I haven't printed at Walmart before, so I'm not sure if they're different from Costco, where you have to make sure they don't autocorrect the colors on your photos. If you don't have a Costco membership, I would just ask them about that at Walmart.
