Orange You Glad It’s Summer End of School Gifts

May172017 posted by Rachel 2 Comments

Hi there! Orange you glad it’s summer?
Rachel from Fawn here with you today and I’ve got an inexpensive and fun end of school favor to share. I will always remember the excitement of the last day of school when I was a kid. They were filled with water fights, bubble blowing, chalk art and lots of yummy treats. As my kindergartner’s last day of school approaches, she wanted to hand out some last day of school favors to her besties. Also, her favorite knock-knock joke these days is “Orange you glad I didn’t say banana?”. You know the one I’m talking about. So, these favors couldn’t be more fitting!
These end of school favors are quick and simple to put together and you only need a few things. I found these fun microphone shaped bottle of bubbles at Dollar Tree and knew they’d be perfect!

Next, I filled a mini treat bag with orange candy slices.

Download and print these cute “Orange You Glad It’s Summer?” tags HERE. Cut the tags out and attach them to the bubble mic using bakers twine.

Rachel believes in creating occasions to celebrate rather than waiting for them. Unbirthdays and the changing of the season are just a few of her favorite holidays. As a work from home mom her day job also includes multiple dress-up changes, elaborate role playing and excessive tea parties. In her free time she can be found scouring thrift shops for inspiration, hiking with her husband and 5 year old daughter and, of course, brainstorming her next party.
