Sounds great but I'm confused as to whether it's open to international participants. On the front page they say it is and to enter your state as UT but in the terms and conditions it states "CONTEST ENTRANTS AND PRIZE RECIPIENT MUST BE BOTH (A) LEGAL RESIDENTS OF ONE (1) OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA,"
So excited for my project!! This would be HUGE!
