Hi there everyone! I’m Kim from The Celebration Shoppe and so excited to join the Eighteen25 girls for a little Halloween fun!
Halloween favors don’t have to be expensive, but they can be fun! Here’s how you make a super simple spider cello favor bag idea. Plus, embellish it with my FREE Halloween favor tags!
Guests will be giddy when you thank them for “dropping by!”
For this Halloween craft you’ll need:
- Pretzel size cello bags
- Black craft paint (mine was Martha Stewart brand)
- Silver Sharpie
- Marshmallows (or other goodie)
- Orange ribbon
- The Celebration Shoppe’s FREE printable Halloween favor tags
Quick steps:
- Pipe some black paint onto a flat surface.
- Press your thumb into the paint (this could be a lot of fun for your kiddos!) and press to the center of the cello. This will be your spider’s body.
- Allow the paint to dry for 5-7 minutes (dry to touch).
- Draw on your spider legs with a silver Sharpie. Spiders have eight legs and I chose to make them look segmented. A bit creepier that way. {grin}
- Fill with treats, tie with ribbon, adorn with my FREE Halloween favor tags and waalaa. Lovely and inexpensive Halloween party favor!
I’d love for you to join me at The Celebration Shoppe for more crafty Halloween fun!
