I LOVE thanksgiving almost more than Christmas. It has less pressure so I can enjoy family time more. I always make my mother's stuffing for both Thanksgiving and Christmas. It is a French version with ground sausage and meat, white bread and some special spices. It speaks to all my family with memories of happy times.
