Fettuccine Alfredo

  • 1 Stick of Butter
  • 2 TBSP All Purpose Flour
  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream
  • ½ Cup Half and Half
  • 1½ Cups Parmesan Cheese, Freshly Grated
  • ½ Cup Mozzarella Cheese, Freshly Grated
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 lb Fettuccine Noodles
  1. Cook noodles according to the directions on the package.
  2. In a medium pot over medium high heat, melt butter and flour together.
  3. Reduce heat to medium low and add in heavy cream, half and half, parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese.
  4. Continually stir until cheese is melted and sauce is slightly thickened.
  5. Season with salt and pepper if needed.
  6. Serve over hot noodles.
